i have ordered softballs from baden a couple times previously, for our softball league - and have had no problems. this time, i needed softballs fairly quickly, so i chose the expeditied shipping offered on your website. however, the softballs didn't show up within the three day window as advertised. in fact, they didn't show up for a week. i contacted your support team - and "they" were reluctant to offer me a rebate - stating the "fine print" of that shipping option explained that the expedited shipping option doesn't guarantee the order will arrive within that window, only that baden will "try" to get the order to a customer within that window. there is - or was - nothing on the website even suggesting that. only that it means "business days", which is intuitive. however, in the end, your customer service did, indeed, give me that refund for the expedited shipping. i will still order more softballs from baden - but, i won't be using the expeditied shipping option. ever again. thanks. rob scott

They were very nice, but they softened up really fast. Definitely the warmer weather, the softer they got. We don’t have a very powerful team, so it didn’t affect us too much, but if we played a higher level, it would be not great!

If this ball is the same as the 2SB55OYS but with a little different lettering, it will be OK.
