I've had Baden basketballs before and loved them, I got one level up this time, but so far it doesn't feel soft at all like the last lower level one, but hopefully it will break in and soften up, right now it makes that smacking sound off the floor when dribbling, it should be a lower boom sound with a softer ball.

I ordered 5 personalized baskeballs and the print came out wrong. They were supposed to read Bluegrass United (which is our team name)but instead read Bluegrass. The ball is of great quality, has a nice feel and bounce to it. A shooters ball for sure. It compares equally to the Wilson Evolution game ball.

We purchased a Wilson Evolution basketball 6 months ago and the Baden Elite recently. In comparison of the two very similar indoor balls, my son says he can't really tell any difference between the two. The Baden is a tad 'smoother' on the grip side, but not really noticeable in play and not much off the Evolution. The recessed valve on the Baden is a definite plus.
