Return Instructions

1. Fill out the form below to submit a Return Request

2. A Return Authorization Form (RA) will be emailed to you. Please do not attempt to return the product until you have received the RA Number. The RA number should be provided within 24 hours of submitting your return request.

3. Ship the product and original Proof of Purchase/Order Number with the Return Authorization Form. Please make sure the RA# is clearly marked on the outside of your package. Postage and all shipping (and insurance costs, if desired) shall be paid by the customer. Shipping instructions will be sent along with the Return Authorization Form.

Step 4: Once Baden receives the product and processes your claim, a refund will be issued.
