This is a great quality basketball that I had personalized with my grandson’s name for his birthday. He thought it was the coolest basketball ever and will last him probably through middle school as he is eight years old. We play Sr. Olympic basketball and have been for 30 years and we go all over the United states. Just returned from Pittsburgh in July as the games we held there this year an d we received the Bronze medal this year. We won the God in 2017 and over the years we have won 6 silver and 3 bronze . We play at a local gym in Baton Rouge, La and I bought my first Baton Ball locally 25 years ago because I liked the feel of it and it was the first Baden ball in the Gym and now this is all we use in this gym in Baton Rouge and we have approx. 12 Baden ball all the time as they really caought on when the guys played with the first one that I came in with. The Baden Elite is probably the closest to the old Spalding TF-1000 ball. The ball is grippy and has a good bounce. Feels good in the hand. I got it with the engraving and it looks really nice. I would definitely recommend this over the newer Spalding TF1000(I bought one before I got the Baden) and I like this better than the Wilson Evolutions.

I haven't been so happy with a purchase in a long time. I was locked in on buying the "Evolution" because a friend of mine has one and it felt better to me then my TF-1000 did in my hands. There is a fairly significant difference in price between these two but also a noticeable difference in quality. So I was thinking that's the price of quality when buying a good b-ball. I was wrong on both because the Elite was roughly 15-20 percent cheaper and the Quality is by far superior. Not even comparable in my opinion! If the other Baden products are this well made I will never buy from another brand again!

Forget about those even more expensive balls advertising deep grooves. This ball has an incredible feel that makes you never want to pick up another ball again. Only thing I would change is the size of the logo which I wish was smaller. The logo areas are always more slippery on balls. I guess you can't blame them for wanting to promote their product. If you get this ball you will not be disappointed.

We purchased 2 of these balls for our twins for the 2020-2021 season. Each player is required to have their own ball this year due to the pandamic. I wanted to make sure their's were unique to them so I had them engraved. I reached out to customer service as the delivery expectation with shipping was after our practices would start. I offered to pay additional shipping for overnight service. Instead of allowing us to take on that expense the customer service rep reached out to production to see if they could complete the engraving earlier so they could ship standard and arrive on time. They arrived well in time for practice and a day ahead of the original date they had given us. The boys love the balls and the engraving is very special. I think these balls will take them into thier high school seasons. Playing this year was a very tough call - this made it so much easier and put this Mom's mind at ease. Thank you very much.
