Product Management Intern

Position Summary

 The Product Management Intern – Team Sports, supports the Global Product Management function for Baden Sports and is responsible for supporting the integration of market, channel, competitor, product trend, and sales data to drive the category vision. It will assist in building a competitive landscape for the chosen category, assist the Product Management function through key milestone meetings, and work directly with the Creative and Marketing teams to create product assets. This internship is an opportunity to be exposed to creating products from start to finish, including working cross-functionally with product design and development, sales, and marketing.

Essential Responsibilities

  •  Collaborate within a Product Management team to help manage all aspects of a product line.
  • Support the global product creation and sell-in strategies with the necessary administrative tools, including but not limited to product briefs, line plans, product descriptions, product training information and other tools as needed.
  • Analyze industry and competitor information for opportunities to enhance and grow the product line.
  • Evaluate current product offerings and propose suggestions for improvement.
  • Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with creative, marketing, sales, design, teams.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Pursuing education in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Must be enrolled at an accredited college or university at the Junior or Senior level.
  • Must be able to dedicate 20 hours/week toward the internship during normal M-F PST working hours (8 weeks, June through August)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
This is a hybrid role located in Kent, Wa, and will require at least one day/wk on-site. This position pays $20/hr. Interested candidates should send their resume to
