"Great Basketball and Great Customer Service I've always been going to Baden for my basketball needs. I've bought two Elite Game Basketballs from them, as well as this Crossover when I want to get work in outside. I had no issues with this ball the first time I used it, it lasted me the whole quarantine! However, I got another one because the previous eventually wore out, and something was messed up with the valve, and even though I put off the issue and forgot to contact Baden, they still replaced and honored the problem I had, and carried out the process perfectly! I will always roll with Baden in basketball and their excellent customer service speaks for itself."
