The ball is fantastic. However, when I bought it there was a promotion to get free laser etch on the ball so I opted to have my phone number and name etched on it. When I got the ball, the lettering was way bigger than what it appeared on the website. The problem is, the laser etched part does not grip well at all. So now my ball has a large slippery section on it. I called customer service for replacement but they wouldn't do it. Kind of bummed because this ball is great...better than the Evolution..but the laser etching ruined it.

I've had Baden basketballs before and loved them, I got one level up this time, but so far it doesn't feel soft at all like the last lower level one, but hopefully it will break in and soften up, right now it makes that smacking sound off the floor when dribbling, it should be a lower boom sound with a softer ball.

I ordered 5 personalized baskeballs and the print came out wrong. They were supposed to read Bluegrass United (which is our team name)but instead read Bluegrass. The ball is of great quality, has a nice feel and bounce to it. A shooters ball for sure. It compares equally to the Wilson Evolution game ball.

The personalization is top notch as well. I usually write my name (or my kids’ names) on the balls with a Sharpie, but this is much better!
