"The ball is well made. No issues there! But the “personalized” part of it was hazy, like the name was sprayed on and the template wasn’t flush against the ball. Half of the letters edging was crisp, and the other half was fuzzy. I took a swab with some alcohol on it to try to clean it up, not the best idea, but kind of worked! Disappointing for me, but it was a gift and my niece loved it anyway, thankfully!"
