Outdoor heavy ball does the job
I practice most of the times on outdoor courts, so opted for this outdoor heavy ball to help my team (Elementary to High School) work on their passing and dribbling. Needless to say after the first day, even the boys liked it, as it helped them from tossing weak passes or lazy dribbling. I chose to do the passing at the end of the practice because it threw off their shooting immediately after working out with the heavy ball.
